Return / Replacement Policy:

  • Return of products is not allowed.
  • However defective/damaged products are replaced with similar products. Damages due to neglect,
  • improper usage or application will not be covered under our replacement Policy. Return for
  • replacement accepted only with the original packaging, in an unwashed and unused condition
  • To return any products for replacement which is not as per your original order, please contact
  • Customer Service by email
  • All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Rena Kutz team.

Refunds :
  • All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
  • You may contact us within 3 days from the purchase date if you wish to replace your
  • defective/damaged/wrong product.
